Ratibida columnifera. Long-headed Coneflower is a self-seeding, deer tolerant species that is found in prairies and roadsides. It also attracts many pollinators, Long-headed Coneflower is great for restorations, rain and rock gardens, hillsides, green roofs and container gardens. 12-36 inches tall, yellow blooms during the summer in dry-mesic soils with full sun.

Shipping
Plant orders placed by end of day Sunday, or earlier, will ship Tuesday. Orders placed Monday, or later, will ship the following week Tuesday. Please include any special shipping date requests with your order.
*JULY 4 HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE* To avoid shipping interruptions due to the midweek holiday, we will not be shipping live plants the week of July 1-5. Plant orders placed between June 24 and July 7 will ship Tuesday, July 9.
Seed and non-plant orders are processed year-round and will typically ship within 5-7 business days.
We currently ship to the following areas where our local-origin, Minnesota native seed and plant products will thrive: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Illinois and Eastern Nebraska.

We are committed to providing the highest quality restoration materials possible. We value the role our plants and seed have in the environment. To that end, we choose not to use Neonics and only use other chemicals only when necessary and/or as indicated by an integrated pest management program. This may result in plant leaves with minor feeding damage and/or the occasional monarch caterpillar found still chomping on your milkweed. Rest assured that these plants will be fine; the birds and butterflies will benefit.
