Description

Elm Leaf Goldenrod

Solidago ulmifolia. A perfect addition for a splash of late season color and pollinator support for shade gardens, woodland edges, shady slopes, and areas with filtered sunlight. Attracts a variety of pollinators and birds. Yellow blossoms form along outward stretching branches from the primary stem, often drooping under the weight of their own blossoms creating a cascading firework appearance. Blooms in late Summer to late Fall. Grows well in dry to mesic soil conditions in partial to full shade. Height ranges from 2-4′.

Live-plant orders ship each Tuesday. Order placed by Sunday will ship Tuesday, orders placed Monday or later will ship the following week.

Seed and non-plant orders are processed year-round and will typically ship within 5-7 business days.

To that end, we choose not to use Neonics and only use other chemicals only when necessary and/or as indicated by an integrated pest management program. This may result in plant leaves with minor feeding damage and/or the occasional monarch caterpillar found still chomping on your milkweed. Rest assured that these plants will be fine; the birds and butterflies will benefit.
