Grower’s note: Our native plants have begun their late-season transition to winter dormancy! Many of our species are changing colors from green to yellow, orange, red, and brown. Several have reached a full dormancy appearance with no green foliage left. We’ve also begun trimming many of our plants to help prevent spread of disease from expired plant material. We will continue to inspect plants to ensure the health of each plug even if the appearances are changing!

Shipping

Plant orders placed by end of day Sunday, or earlier, will ship Tuesday. Orders placed Monday, or later, will ship the following week Tuesday. Please include any special shipping date requests with your order.

Seed and non-plant orders are processed year-round and will typically ship within 5-7 business days.

MNL’s Statement on Neonicotinoids

We are committed to providing the highest quality restoration materials possible. We value the role our plants and seed have in the environment. To that end, we choose not to use Neonics and only use other chemicals only when necessary and/or as indicated by an integrated pest management program. This may result in plant leaves with minor feeding damage and/or the occasional monarch caterpillar found still chomping on your milkweed. Rest assured that these plants will be fine; the birds and butterflies will benefit.
