MNL Statement on Neonicotinoids:
MNL is committed to providing the highest quality restoration materials possible. Our plants and seed look great and perform exceptionally well in the landscape but we value their role in the landscape just as much. We choose to never use Neonics and only use other chemicals when absolutely necessary, and as indicated by an integrated pest management program. This sometimes results in plant leaves with minor feeding damage and/or the occasional monarch caterpillar found still chomping on your milkweed. The plants will be just fine and the birds and butterflies will benefit!
